We have recently confirmed a fresh structure for our Water Services Team - a new model which includes thirteen brand new roles across all aspects of Three Waters; including leadership, technical specialist, and operational roles. About the role
We are looking for a Performance and Process Officer to join our Compliance and Improvement Team. Our successful candidate will be one of a team of six compliance experts (including the team leader) and be responsible for:
Updating, auditing and reporting on the Water Services Team processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Response Plans, including operational and organisational Key Performance Areas (KPAs).
Working with various subject matter experts in the identification and documentation of improvements in processes and procedures.
Essential person specification requirements are:
A Diploma level qualification in Science or Administration or relevant work experience
2 years previous experience in a similar or equivalent role
Knowledge of Power BI
Experience writing and presenting reports
Excellent communication skills
A passion and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
